If i remember correctly, it was either after the first or second for me.
Ditto on the 1 or 2 for me. If we are talking number of clicks. If we are talking number of pages, and we are counting the page we also saw it on, then it would be 2 or 3. I did keep going to see how long it would go though.
I had a suspicion after the first site and it was confirmed on the second site. I didn't go any further than that.
